The Writing Center is offering in-person tutoring during the 2023-2024 school year. Please refer to the Writing Center scheduler in the "Make an Appointment" tab to the left for available times.
We provide Lake Forest College students with tutoring and resources for every stage of the writing process. Our tutors are excited to colloborate with you on your writing. All of our services are free.
What We Offer:
- One-on-one tutoring sessions

- Strategies for multilingual writers
- Free resources online and through a tutor
- Client-focused practice supporting writers at any level and any stage of the writing process
- Over a dozen trained student tutors with appointments available throughout the week
- Three types of appointments: weekly (standing), by appointment, and walk-in

Hours
Fall 2023 hours can be found on the Writing Center scheduler.
Walk-In Hours
Walk-in hours are Monday-Thursday and Sunday from 5pm-6pm.
Location
Lower level of Hotchkiss Hall.
Accessibility
