Lecturer of Sociology and Anthropology

The Department of Sociology and Anthropology at Lake Forest College is hiring an adjunct instructor to teach one section of Introduction to Sociology and Anthropology for the spring semester in 2022. Responsibilities include constructing the syllabus, instructing two on-campus, in-person 80-minute sessions a week on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30-10:50, holding office hours in-person, and writing and grading assessments. Class size is between 20-25 students. Classes being January 11, 2022, and conclude on May 4.  

 

A Ph.D. or significant progress in a Ph.D. program in sociology or anthropology is required.
