CRM Database Manager

In addition to serving as the in house, day to day administrator of the Advancement CRM database for the College, the candidate for this position will take a lead role in building, maintaining, adapting, and evolving the CRM database in forward-thinking manner to meet the changing needs of department and campus users.

Job Responsibilities

  • Advancement CRM database management and data integrity.
  • Fulfilling Advancement CRM database user requests for queries, reports, analysis, manipulation, events, etc.
  • Managing, building, and evolving Advancement CRM database infrastructure.
  • Serving as CRM database liaison to campus users and colleagues

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or related area; 1+ years of experience working with data and data systems; Experience with Jenzabar and Slate databases preferred; Experience with analyzing and reporting/querying data; Maintaining data and performing data integrity checks; Building database infrastructure and user interface; Data flow between and within databases; Familiarity with SQL; Establishing, implementing, and documenting data processes; Managing projects.
