elementary-classroom.jpgIn 2008 papers relating to the Effective Schools ProcessSM were deposited by Dr. Barbara O. Taylor

These files include materials relating to the development of the Effective Schools ProcessSM, a process for the reform and renewal of public schools, originated by Ronald Edmonds, and developed and carried forth since 1986 by the National Center for Effective Schools Research and Development (NCESRD).

The distinctive feature of this collection and the program that it represents is its emphasis on the training for implementation for public school renewal and reform using the Effective Schools Process in diverse or multicultural organizational settings.  Change is accomplished by re-inventing the culture around and in the classroom where “all students can learn.”

The collection measures ca. 30 linear feet.
